Before your first withdrawal can be processed — and at any other point at spn666's discretion — you may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement no older than 3 months), and documentation of your payment method. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by spn666. Bets submitted during a suspension window will not be accepted. spn666 accepts no liability for connection delays that may affect the timing of live bet submissions.
A bet may be declared void by spn666 in any of the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not replayed within 48 hours; a bet was accepted at an incorrect odds value due to a system error; the event's result is subject to official disqualification or overturning; or any other circumstance specified within spn666's sport-specific house rules.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting spn666 support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no pending investigations exist on your Account.
spn666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, provision of false information, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC within the specified period, inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, or where continued operation of the Account would expose spn666 or other users to legal, financial, or reputational risk.
An Account is classified as inactive if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. spn666 will notify you by email at least 30 days before applying an inactivity maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month to your Account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the Account will be archived. Archived Accounts may be reactivated by contacting spn666 support and completing any required re-verification.
spn666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, spn666 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect.
